Terms and Conditions for Compis

Compis helps groups plan trips together: agreeing on dates, choosing a destination, building a shared itinerary, splitting expenses and keeping a shared checklist.

Compis is a planning tool. It is not a travel agency, does not sell travel services, and does not process or hold money between users: payments recorded in the App are a record only, and transfers between members happen outside the App. Links to third-party booking sites are provided for convenience.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

• The creator of a trip is its owner and can edit it, remove members, and delete it
• Anyone with a trip's invite link or code can join it; share invites only with people you trust
• Content you add to a trip is visible to its members, and you are responsible for it
• You must not add content that is illegal, abusive, discriminatory, or that infringes others' rights

You must not use the App for illegal activities, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with the normal operation of the App, or use it to send spam.

Compis is free to use, with limits on the number of active trips you can create. Joining trips is always free. Optional paid products unlock additional features:

• Trip Pass: a one-time purchase that unlocks premium features for one trip, for all of its members
• Premium: a monthly subscription that removes the trip limit and includes the Trip Pass features in every trip you are in

The exact price for your region is shown before you purchase. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refund is issued for the unused portion of a subscription period, except where required by law or by the store's policies

We do not process payments or store payment card details: this is handled by Apple, Google and our subscription platform (RevenueCat). Features and limits may change over time.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through our Data Deletion Request page or by writing to team@heycompis.com.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Compis is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Disagreements between trip members, or money owed between them
• Errors in calculations, currency conversions or expense balances
• Travel plans, bookings or decisions made based on information in the App

The App integrates with third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, notification services, subscription platforms (RevenueCat) and error reporting (Sentry), governed by their own terms and policies.

All rights related to Compis, including design, branding and software, are owned by Programantum S.A.S. You may not copy, distribute, modify or reverse engineer the App, or use its branding without authorization.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised date, and continued use of the App means you accept them.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive or harmful behavior. You may stop using the App at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
