Account Deletion Request

The fastest way: open Compis, go to Profile and tap Delete my account. Deletion is scheduled for 14 days later: nothing is deleted during that time, and signing in again restores your account. If you do not, your account and sign-in are permanently deleted when the 14 days end. No email confirmation is needed.

If you no longer have the app, submit the form below with the email address you used to create your account. We will confirm the request by email before deleting anything.

Requests are processed manually within a reasonable time frame. You can also write to us directly at team@heycompis.com.

• Your Compis account and sign-in methods
• Profile information (name, photo, bio, preferences)
• Trips you own where nobody else is a member, with all of their content (itinerary, expenses, checklist, polls, comments)
• Your availability and votes in every trip you belonged to
• Your notifications and push notification tokens

If you own a trip that has other members, ownership passes to the member who joined first, so the group does not lose its plans. In every trip you belonged to, you are removed. Expenses, payments, comments and itinerary items you added there are kept without your name (they appear as "Compis traveler"), so the remaining members' balances stay correct.

• System logs
• Backup data
• Purchase records that Apple, Google or RevenueCat must keep for legal and tax reasons

This information is kept only as long as necessary for system integrity, security or legal obligations, and then removed.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Premium subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Once the 14-day period ends (or a form request is processed), deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
